Very nice and well kept CG. Normal pull throughs are fine. They have some on their lakes, but they looked close together and narrow. I doubt they are worth the premium. Handy to Walmart and 295. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Huge dog park. LP on site. Cable TV worked perfectly as did the WIFI. They have a cafe on site that is open all day and they will deliver to your site. Nice!! We would return.

Rate reflects monthly cost. We winter here since we have family here. Flamingo Park has lot's of trees, a big lake and friendly staff. The spaces are kind of close together and you may or may not get satellite depending on your parking space. If you are just looking for a day or two, then Pecan Park would be easier to get in and out and this park had wider pads. Do NOT pay extra for water front lot's. Not worth it, especially the $1,000 a month pads because the pads are WAY too narrow.

We stayed here for a week and really liked it. It is close to the Jacksonville airport and is a great starting place for trips to Jacksonville and St Augustine. Camp sites surround a very nice lake.

This park sounds really nice and maybe sometimes it is. But during our shortened stay it was not. If you read reviews on various sites you will find a number of positive ones and a lot of negative. I'd have to say this one falls into the latter. Upon arrival, we parked and went to check in. The person at the desk was likely the most rude and disinterested person I have ever encountered at a RV park. She couldn't even be bothered to get off the phone to check us in. Not one word of where to go, how to get there, etc. It is not obvious by any means. Anyway, we found our way to a nice big site, very sheltered by trees. Lots of low hanging shrubs, branches etc.on the way and very narrow roads. But doable. Hooked up and was ready to relax...Opps, no water. The water main into the CG was broken into, entire place was dry, restrooms closed etc. We were not told about this when we checked in. Anyway, it was to be fixed that evening. Opps, maybe not, next morning still dry. Opps, lost all power. Water repair guys cut the power lines feeding the entire CG. No one could tell when either one was to be fixed. Now, I understand acts of God, etc. But we should have been told of the water issue. They would not answer a phone and the camp hosts didn't know any more than we did. On top of that the parks bible of rules were more than a bit over the top to say the least. Anyway, we left along with a number of other people. I'd suggest really reading reviews from a few sources before you go there and then make up your mind.

This park is located right off I-95 and is easy in & out for any size rig. Every pad is a pull-through facing NE. It's only a few years old, so there are NO trees. This would be the preferred park to overnight at if you're just passing through. Friendly staff, nice pool.

Clean, easy in and out, all pull thru sites, plenty wide with grass area in between sites, simple layout, friendly people. Located on the north side of Jacksonville right off I-95. This is very near the airport and if big planes taking off and landing over your rig is an issue than try somewhere else. The kids thought it was very cool - and the manager told us it was awesome when the military aircraft came in and out.
