Typical KOA, with lots of variety and events for kids. The longer 70' pull-thru sites were roomy but they had a fair amount of pitch to them which required blocking to raise the front of the coach. The access roads are gravel, as are the sites but it's well maintained. The entrance is blacktop and very narrow and bumpy. It looks like the new owners are trying to fix things up from the way the last owners have left it but they have plenty to do yet. It's the best place in Eureka, but if you want some really nice sites you can go north or and within south 20 miles either way you'll see some nicer sites tucked into the forests. Still, it's not bad for a day or two while you are exploring, especially with a smaller RV. We camped here with a 40' motorhome.
